Shipping is charged at a flat fee of £3.85 for 1st Class postage and £3.20 for 2nd Class postage with Royal Mail. There is also an Express DHL Courier option for £10.70.
We aim to have all UK orders delivered within 5 working days.
You will not receive an invoice or receipt in your package. These can be accessed online - it's better for the environment!

We are delighted to offer free local delivery to customers within 15 miles of RH15 postcode. This includes all of Brighton & Hove. Please select the Local Delivery option at checkout, after you have inputted your delivery address.
Shipping to the EU
Shipping to the EU is charged at a flat rate of £11.65 for Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, up to the weight of 2kg. The delivery status will be available once packages are dispatched.
Please be aware that, due to the new Brexit Customs Regulations, it may take a little longer for your order to reach you. You will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation, so you can keep track of the delivery status.

Shipping to North America
Shipping to North America is charged at a flat rate of £21.35 for Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, up to the weight of 2kg. The delivery status will be available once packages are dispatched.
We also offer a ship share option for orders to the USA (not available for orders to Canada). We send packages to our sister store every two weeks and so, to make it more affordable for our customers from the USA to shop our UK site, we are offering a ship share option. This is charged at a flat rate of £7.50. Your order will then be added to the next package headed to Meg & Milo US. Once they receive the package, they will forward your order to your address. Shipping will take a little longer this way (up to 2.5 weeks, hopefully quicker), but it will be secure and affordable.

Shipping to Asia is charged at a flat rate of £19.00 for Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, up to the weight of 2kg. The delivery status will be available once packages are dispatched.

Orders over 2kg
Large volume and heavy international orders with a volumetric weight in excess of 2kg will be invoiced additional postage costs. We always use the most affordable way to ship your orders to you and will only charge actual postage costs as they apply to your order.

Customs & Duty Charges
Please be aware that all orders outside of the UK will be sent with customs declarations. However, your orders may still be liable for customs or import duties. As the buyer, you are responsible for any duties or taxes that may be added. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs or the courier into your possession. Unfortunately we are unable to advise you on the amount. Any deliveries refused due to non-payment of fees will be destroyed by the courier, and therefore will not be eligible for refund. If the importer wishes to return the parcel back to Meg & Milo, any return fees applied by the courier and HMRC such as return shipping, government charges and handling fees, plus a restocking fee, will be deducted from your refund.
If you do not receive your parcel, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. As we use a tracked service, we cannot refund, replace or offer store credit where tracking shows delivery was made successfully, but we will happily assist you in tracing where your package has gone.
