We really hope you are happy with your purchase! However, if for any reason you need to return your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send it back to us within 14 days of delivery and we will be happy to offer you a refund:
1) Please send your returns to Meg & Milo Ltd, 27 Valentine Drive, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, RH15 8UE, within 14 days of receiving the items in order to receive a refund.
2) Please email us at email@example.com with details of the returns and to receive a reference number from us, to include with your returned item/s.
3) We recommend you send it tracked as we are not liable for any loss during transit. We do not refund the original shipping cost.
4) Items that you would like to return or exchange must be returned unworn with all tags still attached and in their original packaging.
5) Items must be marked as 'returned goods' on all customs documents. If we are asked to pay customs charges on re-entry of the package, these will be deducted from any refunds, if applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse any refunds should the above conditions not be met.
EXCLUSIONS: All pre-orders are final and cannot be returned & refunded.
